Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user journeys across mobile and web for doctors, patients, and enterprises
- Work closely with product and engineering to ship intuitive, scalable, and compliant features
- Contribute to and evolve our design system used across EMRs, PHRs, and AI-driven flows
- Design for real-world constraints: offline-first, multilingual, low-tech environments
- Bring structure to complexity through wireframes, flows, and thoughtful interaction design
Qualifications / Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience designing digital products (native apps and/or platform UI)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, systems thinking, and design craft
- Familiarity with healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise UX challenges
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative teams
- Bonus: Exposure to AI-powered UX, agentic flows, or developer tools (SDKs/APIs)
Skills / Tools
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns
- Experience with prototyping tools (Figma prototyping, Principle, ProtoPie, etc.)
- Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design best practices
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend constraints (nice to have)
- Experience collaborating via tools like Jira, Notion, or Confluence
- Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
